CrossFit Kids is BIG fun for ages 5-12. Each class is designed to get kids moving and learn proper technique in a safe environment, all while having a ton of fun.
Any kid who wants to run, play and learn how to move safely.
Every CrossFit Kids class is designed for the kids to get sweaty, work together and have fun. Games and a workout are a part of every class.
