60 minute fitness class specifically designed for women to provide the confidence and support you will need throughout your motherhood journey.
WHO IS IT FOR
Recess for Mothers: Are you pregnant? Trying to Conceive? Postpartum? Or just a mother looking to get that boost of confidence and motivation back? This class is to help you get your body moving and provide you the support needed throughout your journey.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The 60 minute class will be focused on regaining core strength and keeping your body moving with cardio, balance, flexibility and strength. All movements are to help prepare or repair your body from all the changes during/after pregnancy.
