SWEAT

OVERVIEW

45 min class designed to get you moving, work your core and have fun.  This class is all about simple movements with high effort and is designed to burn calories.  Each class has a certified coach leading the way with detailed instruction.  

WHO IS IT FOR

These classes welcome all fitness levels, from beginner to experienced, as the individual workouts can be tailored to you and current abilities. No experience is required to jump into our SWEAT classes. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each class starts with a quick warm up led by a coach.  Which is then followed by a specific core workout and the workout of the day.  The coach is there to guide and encourage you through all aspects of the class.  Every class will follow the same flow but will vary greatly on movements and time domains to ensure you don't get bored and the body is in a constant state of change.  To keep our group fitness accessible to everyone, we offer multiple SWEAT classes throughout the week.
