Like most folks I was scared to try CrossFit but at The Loop all my fears were taken away immediately. Taking the fundamentals class was key to my success. The amount of classes and times worked both for before and after work. Meghan and Mitch are a godsend and worked with all of my injuries and doubts that I had. This gym is more than a gym, it's a community and family.
The Loop Fitness was established by Coach Mitch Roehl in 2013 (formerly Mountain Loop CrossFit). His passion for coaching people to healthier lives is the core that grew The Loop's incredible community.
